Hamster Wheel Fun
My friend’s tiny midget dwarf hamsters on the wheel and falling. Edit: For the last time, no one’s drunk, drinking beer or high. And yes, there is a reflection of a guy, not me. :]

@bb8497 I don’t really like metal cages since they will chew at it and eat the paint. Same goes with plastic cages cuz they’ll eventually chew through.
@bb8497 Not my hamsters, they prolly died by now.
I think they need a hamster treadmill instead.
@YunnieSan u can get metal cages
lol you could power my TV on that
Extreme hamster workout plan! XD
2 hams on a tiny whell !
Glass cages make the best cages…. Here is why. Both hamsters and gerbils, dwarf hamster more than syrians… like to burrow and tunnel. Hamsters sometimes use tunnels from other animals in the wild, but both types of animals burrow. When using a glass aquarium, you can fill the tank 1/4 of the way with bedding, giving them 2-4 inches of burrow room. they will make houses and food storage areas this way. with plastic tunnel and bar cages, it is easier to undo latches and chew through tiny gaps.
@lildevilchihuahua my chinese dwaf hamster is in a glass cage
you dont have to be high or drunk to enjoy this
Hahaha! 1:30
nice hamster
because when they’re still wild animals, they may need to go to faraway place for food, now they become pets, they need to run to consume their energy.
Ever ran on a Human hamster wheel? That thing’s FUN, man!
Same basic principle for hamsters, they think running fast and tripping over is entertaining…
What a sporty hamster
I’ll my Hamster a wheel like it ))
whats the nicest kind of dwarf hamster? cause like every one that i picked up bites lol
aha so cute
ahaha so cute
I guess I’d wait and see if somebody sells a hamster wheel which has a governed speed. Otherwise I’d organise the cage so there were no sharp or hard objects within their er, flightpaths.
They really do seem to enjoy it though. Running as fast as they can and being flung. Can’t think of a reason why they’d do it repeatedly. Surely they’d learn not to go too fast if it were unpleasant.
It seems there’s a limit to how fast their little legs go before they crash and burn. Good thing too I think. Otherwise the momentum of the wheel would fling them out at a higher speed and injury or even would occur when they inevitably do trip themselves up and go flying.
They do seem to love their wheel though and it does look well designed. Although that heavy looking red flange on the outside will add unnecessary mass and add to the speed which they get flung out of it.
schrale lach X’)
its for excercise, and i think that counts =P
haha
I used give my hamster all sorts of soft fabric, cotton, and tissue paper and let her make her own bed.
