I tried feeding it and i got it out once but not again. How long will this continue? I really love hamsters and this is my first time owning one so if anyone has any tips or information i would be glad to hear it. Thanks

I read all these stories of Hamsters sleeping on people, sitting still on them and letting them pet them etc.

My little guy is always so full of energy and excitement I can’t get him to sit still for 5 secs after he wakes up.

Am I missing something here? Is it, is it an age thing? Do they become more docile as they get older?

The cage exercise wheel drives me nuts because of the noise, so do you think it’s okay if I leave the hamster in the ball for longer than 30 minutes at a time? My computer is in the same room as the hamster, so I would be able to make sure he’s okay, but how long is too long? He bumps into furniture all the time, but he seems to enjoy it lol
