How do you introduce a female hamster to male hamster?

***NOT mating, just introduce. The female hamster is 2 months old. White on stomach, the back side is grayish with a brown, and she has a black line going down her back. The male is 11 months. White on stomach, mostly gray and a little brown, and black line going down his back. I believe they are a campbell hamster.
I’m not sure either when they should mate. When is a good time since the girl is young.

I think my male hamsters are 4 months now so i believe they have already reached sexual maturity but i was thinking about eventually getting them a female hamster (maybe 1 for each since i had to separate the brothers) but is it ok that i introduce a female into their cage or is it too late to do that? Oh and if it so happens that this female hamster does get pregnant and have babies, would i have to get shots for the babies or anything? How does it work?
They are robo dwarf hamsters by the way
