When I had a hamster I fed it Nutriphase which has almost everything you said you wanted in it. It has no artificial flavours or colours. But if you do get it you just have to keep an eye on it because some hamsters only eat the sun flower seeds but if your hamster does start doing that then you can just start picking them out of the bowl before feeding your hamster until the hamster learns to like the other food too.
