Zhu Zhu Pets Hamster Toys are the hottest toy for Christmas 2009, it is the must-have holiday toy. They are are the hottest craze among kids age of 3 or 4 and expected to be the most popular toy of the year. BUT… Zhu Zhu Pets are playing the disappearing game. As we close in for the Christmas Holiday the Zhu Zhu pet it is getting more difficult to find and expensive.
These cute robotic creatures melted many hearts, but I had a hard time this Black Friday finding any zhu zhu pets for my kids. Toys R Us had just a 100 for the lucky first in line. I was able to get one, after standing on line for about 2 hrs! I decided I’m not running around town collecting all the pets I need one by one, so I went to Amazon. Yes, of course I paid more but it was worth the peace of mind knowing my kids won’t be disappointed this Christmas Holiday.
Amazon sells Zhu Zhu pets hamster toys for well over $20. It is the best chance of still picking them up in time for the Christmas Holiday. I strongly recommend you don’t wait, especially if your child or grandchild really has their heart set on this toy.
So, you may be wondering, what exactly is the great allure? Zhu Zhu Pets Hamster Toys were formerly called ‘go go pets’. They are amazing toy hamsters that are an engaging and stimulating to children. These little hamster toys look like the real thing but don’t make a mess and can be ignored for as long as you want without them dying or running off. I think they are extremely popular due to the fact that, this is the world’s first innovative, realistic, interactive, plush, and artificially intelligent hamster that talks and moves around in their own play sets.
There are 5 Zoo Zoo Pets, each hamster has its own unique personality and makes whimsical sounds. The kids can’t help but just love them!
*Chunk is the laid-back surfer hamster who is famous for chillin’ out, hangin’ back and layin’ low.
*Pipsqueak she loves to play, explore, run and slide.
*Squiggles he’s a hamster on a mission: Explore Galore, then explore some more.
*Numnums her higly trained sniffer can detect a carrot from a mile away, so stand back and watch her search to find some munchies.
*Patches is the Zhu Zhu pet that is only available as part of a bundled package. The most widely available packages, includes the Funhouse or hamster House Starter Set. Patches is darker yellow in color with a large white patch on its back. Patches loves the flowers and in explore mode, goes about hunting them out. Fortunately Patches will be available in single packs starting November, and this November we will see the release of four new zhu zhu pets Jilly, Winkie, Nugget, and Scoodles.
Zhu Zhu pets are built with two modes;
* The Loving Mode which allows kids to pet them, love them,then hear them squeak and chatter back.
*The Explore Mode the pets drive around in little cars, zip up ramps and spin down slides, run in their hamster wheels, and get into all sorts of crazy situations.
Their artificial intelligence even allows them to know what room of their hamster habitat they are in.They make toilet-flushing or teeth-brushing sounds when they enter the bathroom and sleeping noises and alarm-clock sounds when they go into their bedroom.
The Zu Zu Pets Hamster Toys has multiple accessories available for purchase. Kids love to collect and connect them all to create their own customized hamster habitats.
